The Center for Nia & Yoga

Sky Studio is located on the 2nd floor of 4 Central Ave directly over Studio I and II. The space is calm and beautiful. It is the home for Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Yoga Nidra/Deep Relzation, and Meditation practice.

Yoga tools available.

Our neighbor, New York Expressive Arts, also uses the space for groups and movement.
